1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

The wondawin account registration process is designed to be quick and straightforward. However, there are several important things you should understand about your account:

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process: wondawin conducts a rigorous identity verification process to comply with industry standards. Inactive account: Accounts showing no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 will be charged on inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes.

Closure by wondawin: wondawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account for reasonable cause, including but not limited to suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, irregular wagering activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, WondaWin reserves the right to withhold balances associated with suspicious activity while an investigation is conducted. Balances not linked to any violation will be returned via the original deposit method.

9Liability Limits
